Your followers pay the same normal price. Your commission comes from SouqAZ's own margin on that product, and SouqAZ keeps the rest. Commission applies only to the promoted product's line and is earned when the order is delivered.

قدّم طلبك عبر صفحة التسجيل، ويراجع فريق سوق AZ كل طلب. بعد الموافقة تعرض لوحتك المنتجات المتاحة للترويج، لكل منها نسبة عمولتها ورابط مشاركة خاص بك.Apply through the registration page, and the SouqAZ team reviews each application. Once you are approved, your dashboard shows the products you can promote, each with its own commission rate and its own share link.
من أين تأتي عمولتي؟Where does my commission come from?
تأتي عمولتك من هامش سوق AZ على ذلك المنتج، ويحتفظ سوق بباقي الهامش، ودفع البائع لا يُنقَص أبداً.Your commission comes from SouqAZ's own margin on that product. SouqAZ keeps the rest of its margin, and the seller's payout is never reduced.
هل الروابط مرتبطة بمنتجات محددة؟Are the links tied to specific products?
نعم، يختار فريق سوق AZ المنتجات المتاحة للترويج، ولك رابط واحد لكل منتج. تُحتسب العمولة على المنتج المروَّج فقط، حتى لو اشترى متابعك معه منتجات أخرى.Yes. The SouqAZ team chooses which products can be promoted, and you get one share link per product. Commission applies only to the promoted product in the order, even if your follower buys other products with it.
هل يمكنني طلب عيّنات مجانية للمراجعة؟Can I request free product samples to review?
العيّنات المجانية متاحة لبعض المنتجات، لصنّاع المحتوى الذين يقع عدد متابعيهم، بعد تحقّق فريق سوق AZ منه، ضمن النطاق الذي يحدّده سوق (افتراضياً 10,000 متابع فأكثر). تطلب العيّنة من لوحتك مع عنوان الشحن، ويوافق الفريق عليها ويشحنها ويتابعها.Free samples are available for some products, for creators whose follower count, verified by the SouqAZ team, is within the range SouqAZ sets (by default 10,000 followers or more). You request a sample from your dashboard with a shipping address, and the team approves, ships, and tracks it.

البرنامج لصنّاع المحتوى والمؤثرين وأصحاب الصوت في المجتمع داخل سوريا. مهما كان حجم متابعيك، يمكنك التقديم وسيراجع فريق سوق AZ طلبك.The program is for creators, influencers, and community voices in Syria. Whatever the size of your audience, you can apply and the SouqAZ team will review your application.
هل يدفع متابعي أكثر عبر رابطي؟Do my followers pay more through my link?
لا، يدفع متابعوك السعر العادي، ويمكنهم استخدام أي كوبون أو عرض متاح في المتجر. وإذا فتحوا رابطك واشتروا لاحقاً، يُحتسب الطلب لك خلال 30 يوماً من الموقع أو التطبيق. وإذا فتحوا رابط صانع محتوى آخر بعد رابطك، يُحتسب الطلب لآخر رابط.No. Your followers pay the normal price and can still use any regular coupon or offer in the store. If they open your link and buy later, the sale still counts for 30 days, on the website or in the app. If they click another creator's link afterwards, the last link clicked wins.
كيف ومتى أحصل على أرباحي؟How and when do I get paid?
تظهر نسبة عمولة كل منتج في لوحتك قبل المشاركة. تُستحقّ العمولة عند تسليم الطلب، ثم تصبح قابلة للصرف بعد فترة إرجاع قصيرة، وتُلغى إذا أُلغي المنتج أو أُرجع، ولا تُحتسب مشترياتك عبر رابطك. وتعرض لوحتك النقرات والطلبات ونسبة التحويل والأرباح المعلّقة والمستحقّة والقابلة للصرف والمدفوعة، إضافة إلى الدفعات.Each product shows its commission rate in your dashboard before you share. Commission is earned when the order is delivered, then becomes payable after a short return window. Cancelled or returned items reverse it, and purchases through your own link do not count. Your dashboard shows clicks, orders, conversion, pending, earned, payable and paid earnings, and your payouts.
